Good location, close to the city centre and the shopping mile, approx. 10-15 min walk to the "vieux port". Nice room, clean, quiet and air- conditioned.

The double-bed seemed to be a little small

Good and friendly service, nice and modern room. Roomservice every day. Quiet although located in the center of the city.

Check out time is 11 am, and the bathrooms are a bit stinky, but whose aren't?

Very good location of the hotel, it is pretty close to city centre.

There is a big problem with parking on the street. The hotel's elevator is too small, the room is also very small but bathroom is almost the same size as a room and with smelly towels. Noisy stay, you can hear your neighbours.

The hotel was central and there was easy access to major sites in Marseilles.

There was no restaurant service available, despite it being featured on your website. Also, there were no shops in the hotel although this was advertised on your website. There were restaurant menus in the rooms. The website needs amending to accurately reflect the services.

Good value hotel within easy walking distance of the main sights but quietly located on a back street. Small, recently refurbished comfortable rooms with tv, convenient power points, reading lights, mini bar, hairdryer. Friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast.

None, the only small thing is the receptionh staff speaks little english, and this might be problematic for those who don't speak french
